To take responsibility as one of Order Fulfillment team member, handle customer orders and shipments, cooperate with colleagues in other function teams and overseas entites. to serve customers in domestic and overseas.
• Handle customer’s orders and internal purchase orders
• Communicate with overseas factories for customer’s demands such as order reschedule requirements/lead time checking etc.
• Arrange customer’s shipments
• Support sales team on order and contract review & other related issues
• Cooperate with Finance team/Warehouse team/planning team to handle relevant issues
• Fast response to customer inquiry/ order & shipment status checking/complaint
• Bachelor degree, majoring in Logistics or International trade
• Office software skills
• Good ability in both oral and written English
• Any experience of using SAP system is preferred
