We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: $18.00/hour
Benefits: Eligible

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Pick and pack pre-packaged medications quickly and accurately
• Print and apply prescription labels while ensuring pharmacy compliance
• Use scanners and software systems to process and verify orders
• Prepare shipments including packing slips, labels, and packaging materials
• Ship orders through UPS, USPS, or designated courier services
• Maintain high standards for order accuracy, quality, and productivity
• Assist with inventory receiving and basic warehouse tasks when needed
• Identify issues, communicate with the team, and help resolve problems quickly

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willing to obtain a NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you!)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to team success
