An exciting opportunity has arisen to take a Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain Specialist in our Supply Chain team within Roche Diagnostics Philippines. The Order Fulfillment & Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of customer orders and outbound logistics activities. The role ensures seamless coordination across internal teams and external logistics partners to support commercial priorities, maintain high service levels, and uphold Roche’s standards of operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong process discipline, cross functional collaboration, and a commitment to delivering a reliable, customer centric supply chain.

Key responsibilities include

3PL/4PL Coordination

• Coordinate with 3PL/4PL partners to ensure service levels, operational accuracy, and adherence to agreed KPIs.
• Support periodic performance reviews and contribute insights to drive service improvements and operational resilience.

Order Fulfillment & Outbound Logistics

• Execute day‑to‑day order processing activities, including order validation, release, and monitoring to ensure On‑Time In‑Full (OTIF) delivery.
• Address logistics‑related customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records to ensure traceability and compliance.

Sales & Commercial Support

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to support product launches, promotions, and strategic account requirements.
• Translate commercial priorities into actionable fulfillment activities that protect revenue and enhance customer experience.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Planning, Finance, 3PL/4PL, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth and aligned order execution.
• Provide operational insights to support decision‑making and issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen service reliability.
• Participate in initiatives that optimize workflows, systems, and partner performance.

Governance & Compliance

• Demonstrate Roche values of Integrity, Courage, and Passion in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with the Roche Code of Conduct, Healthcare Compliance policies, and all relevant regulations.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred), Supply Chain Management or related field
• You have a minimum 3 years of proven experience in Supply Chain settings in MNC. Prior experience in the Medical Device, Life Sciences or FMCG industry will be advantageous.
• You are skilled in order‑to‑cash processes, ERP systems ( SAP experience is a must), and coordination with 3PL/4PL partners
• You are detail‑oriented, with strong documentation accuracy, problem‑solving skills, and operational discipline
• You are customer‑centric, proactive, and committed to resolving logistics‑related issues
• You are fluent in English, with strong communication skills for internal and external coordination
• You are someone who demonstrates Roche values of Integrity, Courage, and Passion
