CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE - ORDER ENTRY

📍 Denver, CO (On-Site)

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be the central point of contact supporting customers, dealers, and internal teams. Your day will include:

• Processing and entering customer orders with a high degree of accuracy
• Coordinating order pickups, deliveries, returns, and replacements
• Communicating with customers and dealers via phone, email, and online platforms
• Assisting with purchase orders, freight orders, and backorders
• Supporting invoicing processes and maintaining accurate records
• Answering incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
• Performing general administrative and office support tasks

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative, office support, customer service, front desk, or order processing experience
• Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Coachable mindset and willingness to accept feedback
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Previous order entry experience preferred
• Experience supporting operations, logistics, or distribution environments preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
