To strengthen our Pro Audio team at the earliest possible date we are looking for a:

ORDER DESK CLERK (M/F/X) PRO AUDIO DIVISION

In this role, you will be a key operational partner to our sales organization and business partners, ensuring smooth, accurate, and reliable order‑to‑cash processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong dealer relationships across the Professional Audio business. This position offers a mix of operational responsibility, commercial collaboration, and cross‑functional teamwork in a dynamic international environment.

Your duties:

  • Manage end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash processes for Pro Audio business partners in the assigned sales territory
  • Process and validate customer orders, confirmations, and invoicing via ERP and digital channels
  • Act as a key operational contact for dealers, providing information on pricing, availability, and deliveries
  • Support the Pro Audio sales team with quotations, availability overviews, and sales campaigns
  • Coordinate closely with Logistics, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Handle returns and loan orders in line with internal procedures
  • Support cross‑border and special sales activities where required
  • Provide team cover and contribute to a collaborative, high‑service sales operations environment



The ideal candidate:

  • Has experience in sales operations, customer service, order management, or sales support, ideally in an international or B2B environment
  • Has a strong understanding of order‑to‑cash processes
  • Is confident working with ERP systems like SAP S4/HANA and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Has excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrates a proactive, service‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Is a good communicator and comfortable working cross‑functionally in an international team
  • Has fluent German and English language skills; French is a plus
