The role requires daily interaction with customers and internal stakeholders – communication skills are essential
The work is fast-paced and requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Data-driven decision making is a core part of the role – you should be comfortable working with numbers,reportsand systems
The role demands independent problem-solving skills, but also close collaboration with cross-functional teams
The customer portfolio includes strategically important accounts that require reliability and consistency

Education / Certifications:
RelevantBachelorUniversity degree (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent)
SAP certification is an advantage

Additionaltraining in customer service, supply chain, or data analytics is a bonus
Job specific requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the FMCGindustry
Fluent inSwedish andEnglish (written and verbal);additionallanguages are an asset
Strong SAPproficiency(order management, reporting)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Experience with KPI reporting and root-cause analysis
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel for customer meetings whenrequired
