Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate orders from start to finish, collaborating with customers, account managers, freight forwarders, external warehouses, and internal departments
• Take ownership of your workload, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time
• Resolve issues proactively and escalate where necessary to maintain high service levels
• Ensure export documentation and related administration is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
• Participate in daily team check ins and provide clear handovers to supporting teams
• Handle escalations professionally and support problem resolution activities
• Drive customer satisfaction by identifying root causes of issues and supporting improvement initiatives
• Support the development of training materials and deliver process or system training where required
• Assist the O2C Team Lead with prioritisation of daily activities and team coordination
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation projects
• Promote a respectful, collaborative, and positive team environment
