Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking an Order Analyst. This role will take place at our facility in El Paso, TX.

The Order Analyst supports daily order processing and data entry activities to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer and supplier orders. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate system records, monitoring order status updates, and supporting SCM operations through routine transaction processing and data maintenance. The position follows established procedures and works closely with planning, operations, and customer service teams to support efficient order flow and data accuracy.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $59000 - $86000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

  • Enter customer and supplier orders into enterprise systems accurately and timely.
  • Update order records and maintain accurate transaction data.
  • Verify order information for completeness and correctness.
  • Monitor order status and perform routine system updates.
  • Process daily system transactions related to orders, materials, and inventory movements.
  • Assist with resolving basic order discrepancies and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Support planning, operations, and customer service teams with order-related information.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across assigned systems and records.
  • Generate routine reports related to orders, inventory, and operational activities.
  • Assist in recordkeeping and documentation related to order management activities.
  • Support data cleanup efforts and routine audits to ensure information accuracy.
  • Participate in training activities to develop system and process knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in order processing, administrative support, data entry, customer service, or supply chain support activities in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems or similar business systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as MAPICS, AS400, and/or SAP.
  • Basic understanding of order processing and inventory-related transactions.
  • Ability to accurately enter and maintain data.
