Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined territory through field prospecting, phone outreach, networking, referrals, and ongoing client engagement, includingin personvisits, calls, emails, andrelationship buildingactivities.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline frominitialoutreach throughlong-termaccount expansion.
Develop a deep understanding of client operations andlogisticsneeds to effectively position Imperative’s solutions.
Use data, tools, and market insights to strategically plan daily activities and maximize territory performance.
Collaboratewithinternal teams to ensure seamless customer support andlong-termsuccess
Represent Imperative professionally and consistently with acustomer firstmindset in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communicationskills with the ability to connect quickly and build professional relationships.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to ask great questions and actively listen.
Ability to collaborate across internal teams to support customer needs and ensure seamless service.
Strong organization, time management, andfollow through
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred but notrequired,training is available.
Previoussales orcustomer facingexperience is desired but notrequired;we’recommitted to training motivated candidates.
Brings resilience and asolution orientedmindset when navigating challenges or shifting priorities.
Creativeproblem-solvingand strategic thinking toidentifyopportunities and drive business growth.
Valid Driver’s License within the state territory.

Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (experience & location dependent)
