Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling Consultant – Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Workforce Scheduling solutions. The consultant will partner with HR, Operations, Payroll, and business stakeholders to design and deploy scheduling processes that improve workforce utilization, compliance, and employee experience. The role requires hands-on expertise in schedule patterns, shift planning, self-scheduling, schedule publishing, absence integration, and Time & Labor processes. The consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, production deployment, user training, and post-go-live support. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Scheduling, Time and Labor, Redwood experience, quarterly release testing, and troubleshooting complex scheduling scenarios is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and implementation leadership skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

· 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience.

· Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Workforce Scheduling.

· Strong understanding of Time & Labor, Absence Management, and shift scheduling processes.

· Experience configuring work patterns, shifts, scheduling groups, self-scheduling, and schedule publishing.

· Experience supporting global deployments, UAT, production support, and quarterly Oracle releases.

· Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Workforce Scheduling solutions.
