Job Category: Health CareElite Oral Surgery is seeking a career minded Oral Surgery Patient Coordinator to provide to join our team. This is a full-time position based out of the Worcester office with travel to Lowell, MA 1-2 times per month. Must be fluent in Spanish.
As an Oral Surgery New Patient Coordinator, you will play an integral part in the success of the practice by providing a best-in-class experience to every patient. You will be the patients first contact and we are looking to for someone that knows how much first impressions matter. This is a heavily phone based role.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:45 am - 5 pm.
What you will be doing:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Greeting all patients with a warm friendly demeanor
- Educating patients and helping them navigate through the process
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Answering phones with enthusiasm
- Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
- Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
- Organizing and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
- Assisting the clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
- Always keeping reception area clean and orderly
- Verifying patients' insurance
- Participating company marketing events and responsibilities
- Handling other duties as assigned by the manager
What qualifications you bring:
- You have previous customer service experience, ideally in a dental office
- You are computer proficient
- You are professional
- You have a positive attitude and are a team player
- You are flexible and willing to help out as needed
- You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working in a dental office is required
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Working knowledge of dental practice management software
- Positive energy
- Superior communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff
- Tactful and skillful in all situations
