Oral Health Services Tasmania (OHST) is excited to welcome new graduates to our team! The Graduate Oral Health Therapist positions are designed for individuals who have successfully completed a Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent) within the past year.

Multiple permanent, full-time, day worker positions, working 76 hours per fortnight.
$81,614 to $115,529 pro rata per annum + 12% superannuation (salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Agreement 2025).
Recreation Leave: Full-time employees are entitled to four (4) weeks paid recreation leave per leave year.

If you are expecting to graduate from mid-2026 through to mid-2027, you will be offered an Allied Health Scholarship. The Allied Health Scholarship Program provides up to $25,000 to support the costs of studying.
Scholarship recipients will receive $15,000 in Year 1 of the Program and a further $10,000 in Year 4 of the Program, following completion of three years’ service with the Tasmanian Health Service.
Scholarship recipients must accept an offer of permanent employment with the Tasmanian Health Service and sign a Scholarship Agreement. Please refer to the Allied Health Scholarship Program Guidelines for more information and complete the Expression of Interest Form
