岗位职责

1. 自有账号&直播间日常数据复盘

跟进2个DP项目、8个抖音直播间全维度后台数据整理更新，完成多直播间横向对标分析；拆解6支直播间引流短视频数据，复盘素材优劣并输出总结，打通短视频种草→直播间成交全链路，输出优化建议，赋能内容与转化提效。

2. 抖音竞品全渠道数据跟踪

常态化统计竞品抖音销售数据，拆分自播、达人分销、短视频挂车三大口径，同步抓取竞品平台大促、日常营销活动节奏与玩法，汇总竞品动态，提炼转化逻辑，为内部运营、投放决策提供数据依据。

3. 黄金达人内容拆解沉淀

依托平台榜单筛选竞品TOP带货KOL/KOC，解析达人抖音短视频选题、切入卖点、带货话术，整理优质创意与可复用内容模板，反哺自有内容选题。

4. 小红书、视频号跨平台数据调研

每日提取小红书、微信视频号同类目产品数据表现，梳理平台玩法差异，沉淀社交平台引流逻辑，反哺抖音内容差异化优化。

任职要求

1. ，对抖音平台熟悉并热衷于对内容、数据进行洞察和分析；

2. Excel熟练（数据透视、函数），数据敏感度强，擅长从数据里提炼落地性结论，输出总结赋能业务；

3. 细心踏实、执行力强，能稳定落地每日、每周固定数据台账，有竞品调研、内容复盘经验优先。

4. 每周实习不低于4天
