As an Oracle Technical - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting team, specializing in Oracle technology. You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will utilize and manage the Oracle suite of software and technologies, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and management of Oracle software solutions to optimize client operations
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored Oracle technology strategies to achieve business objectives
• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions
• Guiding teams in the development and support of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and Oracle Data Integration to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Driving process improvement and optimization initiatives within client environments
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and deliver quality outcomes
• Collaborating with clients to address challenges and provide strategic technology planning
• Embracing change and fostering a culture of innovation and digital tooling within teams
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support business transformation efforts

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
• Utilizing strategic technology planning to drive business transformation initiatives
• Embracing AI fluency and AI-human collaboration for innovative solutions
• Excelling in process improvement and optimization within Oracle environments
• Leading teams with a focus on coaching and feedback to enhance performance
