Job Description

Optimiza is searching for an Oracle Technical Consultant to join our talented team of professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical expertise in Oracle technologies, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of Oracle solutions for our clients. Your in-depth knowledge of database management, application development, and systems integration will be key to delivering effective solutions that meet our clients' unique business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle applications, including PL/SQL programming, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Conduct database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and design technical specifications that align with business needs.
  • Oversee the deployment of Oracle applications, ensuring proper configuration and integration with other systems.
  • Provide technical support post-implementation, addressing any issues that arise and providing timely resolutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for technical processes, configurations, and modifications.
  • Mentor junior technical consultants and team members, sharing your expertise and promoting best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience actively working as an Oracle Technical Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Application Framework.
  • Experience with Oracle Database Administration, performance tuning, and backup/recovery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture, including integrations with other applications.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications in technical areas is highly desirable.
