Oracle Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Solution Architect to drive the design of end-to-end ERP solutions and integration architectures. This role is ideal for a strategic professional capable of aligning business needs with scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Define comprehensive solution architecture across Oracle ERP and related systems
• 
  Design and implement integration architectures (API-led, event-driven, batch, or hybrid approaches)
• 
  Lead technology and platform selection decisions (e.g., OIC versus custom middleware solutions)
• 
  Translate core business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) into effective technical implementations
• 
  Establish data flows, system ownership, and canonical data models
• 
  Develop and enforce integration standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
• 
  Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and internal policies
• 
  Design solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and resilience
• 
  Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, IT, and delivery teams
• 
  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• 
  Contribute to solution estimation, planning, and oversee delivery execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion ERP architecture
• 
  Strong knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise architecture principles
• 
  Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API design
• 
  Solid understanding of key business domains (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
• 
  Proven experience in data modeling and system integration design
• 
  Good understanding of security architecture and identity/access management
• 
  Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively

Nice to Have:

• 
  Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• 
  Familiarity with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
• 
  Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments
• 
  Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration.
