As an Oracle SCM Functional Director you will lead consulting engagements that help clients improve supply chain processes, implement Oracle supply chain and operations solutions, and provide training and support for smooth adoption. As a Director you will set strategic direction, drive business growth, shape client engagements, and mentor leaders while staying aligned with our values, brand, and professional standards within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. In this role at PwC, you will work across Oracle supply chain and operations, translate client needs into practical solution plans, and support executive-level relationships while coordinating multiple work streams and building future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle supply chain and operations consulting engagements across analysis, design, and implementation phases
• Directing client discussions to assess supply chain processes, business requirements, and future-state solution needs
• Shaping Oracle SCM solution strategies across order to cash, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse management
• Overseeing functional design, process mapping, and configuration decisions for Oracle supply chain application deployments
• Guiding data modeling, reporting, and analytics activities to support supply chain performance and operational insight
• Driving business development activities by identifying client needs and expanding Oracle supply chain opportunities
• Mentoring managers and senior practitioners while cultivating team capability across multiple client engagements
• Translating operational requirements into practical transformation plans that improve efficiency, planning, and execution
• Coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts across technology, operations, and business stakeholders
• Validating adherence to professional standards, firm policies, and independence requirements while maintaining client trust

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 20 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
• Leading Oracle SCM functional transformations across planning, procurement, or logistics
• Translating supply chain strategy into client-focused operating models
• Leveraging Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications for process redesign
• Applying supply chain analysis, data modeling, and reporting tools
• Driving business development through executive client relationships
