We are seeking Oracle SCM Consultants to join our team in Qatar for a one-year onsite assignment. The consultants will be responsible for the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle SCM modules to streamline business processes. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle SCM applications, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Implement and support Oracle SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and related functionalities.
Gather and analyze business requirements, design SCM solutions, and configure Oracle applications accordingly.
Work closely with business users to provide functional expertise and training.
Develop functional documentation, specifications, and user manuals.
Perform system testing, UAT, and resolve functional/technical issues.
Support data migration, validation, and system integrations.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and system performance.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field.
58 years of experience in Oracle SCM, with hands-on implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and related SCM modules.
Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM is an added advantage.
Good understanding of business processes and best practices in supply chain management.
Hands-on experience in ERP systems and configuration.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
Prior experience working in the Middle East/GCC region will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Good interpersonal and client-facing skills.
Adaptability in a multicultural working environment.
