As a Sales Excellence Director, you will lead Oracle consulting efforts that help clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting, implementation support, and user enablement across Oracle solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. As a Director you will set strategic direction, guide business growth, and shape client engagements while mentoring future leaders, balancing commercial priorities with quality, integrity, inclusion, and a disciplined approach to delivery. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will draw on broad Oracle consulting skills to support multiple work streams, develop new ideas and structures, and identify market opportunities that strengthen client outcomes and the Firm's position.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle consulting engagements that improve operational efficiency and support strategic client objectives
• Translating business needs into Oracle application strategies, implementation roadmaps, and adoption plans
• Overseeing multiple workstreams across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Customer Relationship Management solutions
• Guiding requirements elicitation, process modeling, and system integration activities for complex technology initiatives
• Developing training materials and implementation support approaches that help users adopt new tools and workflows
• Driving business development opportunities through market insight, solution shaping, and executive-level client relationships
• Promoting technology innovation, digital tooling, and emerging technologies to modernize business application environments
• Mentoring consulting professionals and shaping team capability across technical projects and client delivery
• Validating data, process standardization, and project architecture align with delivery objectives and compliance expectations

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 20 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in any Financials, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management, or Human Capital Management module
• Demonstrating Oracle sales excellence leadership across client-facing advisory engagements
• Driving business growth through market opportunity identification and solution shaping
• Developing thought leadership and innovative go-to-market structures for Oracle initiatives
• Balancing strategic direction, execution detail, and executive stakeholder communication
• Mentoring teams while cultivating inclusion, commercial focus, and client relationships
