Job Description

The Onshore Project Manager will lead and coordinate the end-to-end Oracle SaaS ERP implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, onshore teams, and vendor partners. The role demands strong project governance, communication, and delivery management skills, ensuring the implementation stays on time, within scope, and budget.

KeyResponsibilities

Project Planning &Execution

• Defineprojectscope,deliverables,milestones, and timelines inalignmentwithclient goals

• DriveprojectexecutionusingOracleImplementationMethodology(OUM/AIM/TCM) orhybridAgile-Waterfallapproach

• Monitorprojectprogress,managescheduleandresources, andresolveblockers

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as theprimarypoint of contact for client leadership

• Conductsteeringcommitteemeetings,statusreviews, andriskescalationsessions

• Manage expectations andensurealignmentbetweenbusiness andtechnicalteams

Risk, Issues, and Change Management

• Maintainriskregisters,conductimpactassessments, and drivemitigation plans

• Overseechange controlproceduresfor scope,schedule, andcostadjustments

Team Management & Coordination

• Collaboratewithnearshore/onshore leads toassignandmanageteamtasks

• Ensureresourceavailability,productivity, androleclarityacrosscross-functionalteams

Compliance &QualityAssurance

• Ensureadherenceto compliance, audit, and security standards

• Overseetesting(SIT, UAT),cutoverplanning, and go-livereadiness

Reporting& Documentation

• Prepareandpresentdetaileddashboards,KPIs, andprogressreports to stakeholders

• Maintaincomprehensivedocumentationthroughouttheprojectlifecycle

Requirements & Preferred experience

• 10+yearsofprojectmanagementexperience,withat least 5+yearsin Oracle SaaS ERP (Financials,Procurement, SCM)

• Strongunderstandingof Oracle Cloud architecture,environments, anddeploymentmodels

• Provenexperienceinmanagingmulti-locationdelivery(onshore/onshore/nearshore)

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certificationpreferred

• Excellent leadership,interpersonal, and stakeholder communicationskills

• Proficiencyin MS Project / JIRA /Smartsheetandprojecttrackingtools

• Bachelor’sorMaster’sdegreein engineering, IT, or Business

• Hands-onexposureto Oracle Cloudimplementationlifecycles

• Familiaritywithintegrations(OIC), data migration (FBDI), andreporting(BIP, OTBI)

• Experiencein publicsector/manufacturing/ BFSIindustryprojectsa plus
