The position combines hands-on engineering with platform ownership. The Principal Engineerremains

The Principal Engineer provides technical leadership for Oracle 19c and EBS R12.x across Production, Test,

Development, andDisaster Recovery. The work spanshighly availablearchitecture built on RAC, Data Guard,

RMAN, and ASM; backup, recovery, and business continuity strategy; and the planning and execution of

patching, upgrades, cloning, refreshes, and performance tuning. The roleestablishesthe runbooks and

operational standards supporting 24x7 availability andleadsroot cause analysis to reduce recurring incidents.

expected impact across the technology organization.

OCI Architecture, Security, and Compliance

This role owns OCI architecture to Oracle Well-Architected and landing-zone standards, including

compartment design, tenancy and IAM governance, network design, and infrastructure-as-code with

Terraform. It also owns Oracle SOX IT General Controls: access reviews, segregation of duties, change
