Wipro Technologies-Netherlands is seeking an experienced Oracle Sales Specialist to join our Western Europe team within the Technology Services division. This role is pivotal in driving sales for our enterprise application solutions, focusing on Oracle products and related services. As an Oracle Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and proposal development through to deal closure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including consulting, delivery, and marketing to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

This position demands a strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach, driven by results and passionate about enabling digital transformation for clients across diverse industries. You will engage with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes and shaping service offerings to foster long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales process for Oracle-related products and services, driving proposals, negotiations, and deal closures with large, global clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities aligned with Wipro's strategic objectives in the enterprise applications sector.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design and present customized solutions that address client challenges and leverage Oracle technologies.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals, anticipating needs, and positioning Wipro as a trusted partner.
• Manage contract drafting and financial modelling to ensure competitive and profitable deals adhering to company policies.
• Utilize design thinking principles and data-driven insights to shape compelling sales strategies and competitive positioning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape impacting Oracle and broader IT service offerings.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentoring to foster a culture of continuous improvement and client obsession.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in any field is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years in IT Services & Consulting sales, with direct experience in managing complex, multimillion-dollar deals involving enterprise clients.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of business process outsourcing, application development, cloud computing, and security technologies.
• Sales Competencies: Proven expertise in sales enablement, negotiation, pipeline and deal management, client relationship strategy, and contract management.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal fluency in English, demonstrated through successful client engagements and internal collaboration.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
