We are looking for a mid-level Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience and a strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or operations. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and support NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional NetSuite solutions.
Configure NetSuite modules including Financials (GL, AR, AP), Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM.
Create and optimize saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Support end-to-end implementation activities: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Assist in data migration and validation efforts during system implementation or upgrade projects.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution or escalation.
Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to support end-users.
Stay informed on new NetSuite features and recommend improvements where applicable.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
2 :5 years of experience working as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
Solid understanding of business processes in finance, order management, inventory, or supply chain.
Proven experience configuring NetSuite modules and customizing workflows and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
