Requirements


We are seeking a skilled Oracle MDM Developer to design, implement, and enhance Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:


  • Solution Development
    : Design, configure, and customize Oracle MDM applications to meet business needs.

  • Data Modeling
    : Create MDM data models and establish effective integration processes.

  • Interface Customization
    : Tailor MDM interfaces, workflows, and user experiences based on specific business requirements.

  • System Integration
    : Integrate Oracle MDM with other enterprise systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow.

  • Issue Resolution
    : Troubleshoot MDM-related issues, providing timely technical support and solutions.

  • System Maintenance
    : Execute system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance as required.

  • Documentation
    : Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance.

  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

  • Team Support
    : Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Data Governance
    : Collaborate with data stewards to ensure compliance with data governance practices.


Technical Skills Required:


  • Extensive experience with Oracle MDM products, including Oracle Customer Hub and Oracle Product Hub.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, along with a solid understanding of Oracle Database.

  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration technologies, such as Oracle Data Integrator and Informatica, is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts is essential.

  • Experience in JAVA or Groovy scripting is a plus.​
