Oracle LMS Administrator Opportunity | Onsite Noida

Working Hours: Approximately 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
Client Alignment: Dedicated support for a UAE client engagement

The Opportunity

Infopro Learning is seeking an Oracle LMS Administrator to support a high-visibility client engagement in the Middle East region. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on the day-to-day administration and operational support of the Oracle Learning Management System (LMS).

We’re looking for someone who combines strong Oracle LMS administration experience with professionalism, responsiveness, and a service-oriented mindset. The right person will be comfortable supporting users, managing LMS operations, and partnering directly with client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time onsite role based in our Noida office.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support the Oracle LMS environment on an ongoing basis

• Manage learner enrollments, assignments, reporting, and LMS operations

• Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues in a timely manner

• Support users and respond to operational requests from client stakeholders

• Maintain learning records, system data, and administrative processes

• Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth day-to-day support

• Serve as a professional, client-facing point of contact for LMS support activities

Requirements

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience administering Oracle LMS / Oracle Learning environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience supporting enterprise learning operations or LMS administration

• Ability to manage operational tasks with accuracy and responsiveness

• Comfort working in a client-facing support environment

• Ability to work onsite from our Noida office

• Availability to support approximately 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST working hours
