This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Oracle Integration/Middleware Engineer in Brazil.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering robust integration solutions that connect enterprise Oracle systems with a wide range of internal and external platforms. You will work in a highly collaborative, international environment, supporting mission-critical integrations across ERP, HCM, and SCM ecosystems. Acting as a key technical expert, you will develop scalable APIs, manage middleware services, and ensure seamless data flow across hybrid cloud architectures. The position requires a strong focus on reliability, performance, and secure data exchange within complex enterprise environments. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting production issues, optimizing integration flows, and improving overall system efficiency. This is a hands-on engineering role with high visibility across technical and functional teams supporting global clients.

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Oracle Middleware technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Build and manage integrations between Oracle applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and third-party systems across enterprise environments.
• Develop and deploy APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and messaging-based integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, or OSB.
• Implement data transformation, mapping, and orchestration processes using XML, JSON, and related technologies.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows, ensuring system stability and efficient error handling.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and design effective integration architectures.
• Maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, architecture diagrams, and process specifications.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols, data governance standards, and integration best practices.

Requirements:

You are an experienced integration engineer with strong expertise in Oracle middleware technologies and enterprise integration architectures. You are comfortable working in complex, distributed environments and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders. You bring strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering reliable and scalable integration solutions.

• 4–6+ years of experience in Oracle Integration / Middleware engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, or Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
• Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and XSLT transformations.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM integration scenarios.
• Familiarity with asynchronous messaging and integration frameworks.
• Experience in cloud and hybrid integration environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Understanding of security standards such as OAuth and SSL in integration flows.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and experience working with U.S. clients.
