This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, particularly Oracle HCM, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts for end users. The ideal candidate will leverage tools such as PowerPoint and SharePoint to create engaging training content, including videos and AI voiceovers, to enhance the learning experience.
