  • Create and maintain documentation for security roles, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead or support HCM security-related projects, including new module implementations, mergers/acquisitions integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR and IT teams on security best practices and role administration.
  • Monitor system logs and audit trails for unauthorized access or anomalies.
  • Stay current on Oracle HCM security updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting HR data security.

You'll have....

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 years focused specifically on security administration.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security architecture, including Role-Based Access Control, Data Security Policies, and HCM Data Roles.
  • Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) security.

Even Better, you may have....

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s)
  • Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) or single sign-on (SSO) integrations.
  • Prior experience in a global, multi-national organization with complex organizational hierarchies.
  • Project management experience, particularly with Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee data
  • Ability to balance security controls with user experience and business efficiency
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process-design skills
  • Familiarity with Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home?
