About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion VBCS Developer to design, develop, and deploy custom extensions and applications within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle Fusion REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with a proven ability to deliver seamless integrations across HCM, ERP, SCM, and PPM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
•     Design and develop custom VBCS applications and extensions within Oracle Fusion Cloud to address business requirements not met by standard functionality.
•     Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Oracle Redwood design principles and best practices.
•     Develop multi-screen applications with complex business logic, approval workflows, and role-based security.
•     Create custom business objects, page templates, and reusable UI components.
Integration
•     Design and implement seamless integrations between VBCS applications and Oracle Fusion modules (HCM, ERP, PPM, SCM) using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
•     Build and consume Oracle Fusion REST API endpoints for data retrieval, creation, and updates across modules.
•     Develop integrations with third-party systems and external applications as required.
•     Implement real-time and batch data synchronization between VBCS applications and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Extensions & Customizations
•     Build Oracle Fusion page extensions, embedded VBCS regions, and Application Composer customizations.
•     Develop custom dashboards, reports, and data visualizations within VBCS.
•     Configure and implement approval workflows, notifications, and business rules within custom applications.
•     Create sandbox environments for testing and deploying customizations through proper change management processes.
Technical Leadership
•     Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•     Conduct technical design reviews and provide estimates for development efforts.
•     Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VBCS applications, REST API integrations, and Oracle Fusion extensions.
•     Maintain technical documentation including design specifications, API mappings, and deployment guides.
•     Stay updated with Oracle quarterly release updates and assess the impact on existing customizations.
