Oracle Fusion Technical Analyst

Johnson Controls creates smart, healthy, and sustainable environments. In this role, you will help strengthen Oracle Fusion technical capabilities that support reliable reporting, efficient business processes, and effective delivery across critical enterprise flows.

As an Oracle Fusion Technical Analyst, you will lead technical development and support for Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, with a strong focus on Project to Close flows. You will partner with functional, technical, and business teams to deliver stable integrations, extensions, and reporting solutions that improve performance, simplify processes, and support end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and support of Fusion extensions across Project to Close and related ERP functional flows.

• Design, build, and maintain BIP and OTBI reports that support business and operational needs.

• Develop and support integrations using Oracle Fusion REST and SOAP APIs.

• Work with Oracle Fusion ERP data models to enable technical solutions and data-driven process support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Support implementation activities, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Analyze enhancements, change requests, and support issues; help manage backlog and conduct code reviews.

• Contribute to automation, simplification, and reduction of support tickets through practical process improvements.

• Balance speed and quality by validating changes carefully before release and staying focused on business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.

• 5+ years of overall experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERP environments.

• Proven experience delivering and supporting technical configurations and extensions in Oracle Fusion ERP.

• Hands-on experience with BIP and OTBI reports.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP data models.

• Experience developing interfaces with Oracle Fusion REST and SOAP APIs.

• Ability to communicate clearly with functional teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience supporting implementation, testing, and post-go-live operations in a complex ERP environment.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Exposure to Agile delivery practices.

• Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud, VBCS, or Oracle ATP.

• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives in large-scale ERP programs.
