As an Oracle Fusion PPM and Fixed Assets - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, which includes managing processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to interpret data, inform insights, and uphold professional standards, contributing to the broader objectives of your projects and the firm's strategy.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and maintaining Oracle Financials to support financial management processes
- Analyzing client needs to implement tailored Oracle Finance solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Managing financial processes including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable
- Utilizing Oracle Hyperion Financial Management for financial reporting and analysis
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Developing financial models and forecasts to support client objectives
- Confirming compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Leading initiatives for finance process improvements and transformation
- Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Applying critical thinking to solve complex financial challenges
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members in Oracle Finance practices
- Leveraging analytical skills to enhance financial planning and budgeting processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts
- Navigating ambiguity while managing client relationships effectively
- Developing insights through monitoring and analyzing financial trends
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving business contexts
