We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle Redwood UX adoption The consultant will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and enabling modern Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions while driving Redwood user experience adoption, change management, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
· Lead requirement gathering and solution design for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
· Configure and manage HCM modules in alignment with business requirements
· Drive Oracle Redwood UX adoption, including setup, activation, and rollout
· Validate Redwood‑enabled pages, flows, and role-based user experiences
· Prepare functional design documents, setup guides, and test scripts
· Execute SIT and support UAT with business users
· Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous optimization
