    • Collaborate effectively with technical teams for RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) objects and data migration strategies for both EBS and Fusion.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and lead comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts (unit, system integration, UAT) for all Financials functionalities.
    • Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring thorough business validation and sign-off.
    • Identify, analyze, and resolve functional defects and performance issues, ensuring system stability and accuracy.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
    • Oversee data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities for financial master and transactional data during migrations (e.g., EBS to Fusion) or new module go-lives, using tools like FBDI/ADFdi (Fusion) or SQL Loader/API (EBS).
    • Define functional requirements for integrations between Oracle Financials and other internal/external systems (e.g., banking, subledgers, EPM).
  • Training & Support:
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for end-users and super-users.
    • Provide expert-level post-implementation support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management for both EBS and Fusion environments.
    • Manage service requests (SRs) with Oracle Support effectively.
  • Documentation & Project Management:
