Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion EPM (FCCS and PBCS) Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise to our clients in implementing Oracle Fusion EPM solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and design and implement customized solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion EPM (FCCS and PBCS) and provide technical and functional guidance to clients
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized Oracle Fusion EPM solutions
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion EPM
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during implementation or post-implementation support
- Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Oracle Fusion EPM and provide recommendations to clients on how to leverage new features to improve their financial planning and reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Mentor and train junior team members on Oracle Fusion EPM best practices and methodologies
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development, to help acquire new clients and expand our business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion EPM (FCCS and PBCS) solutions
- Strong understanding of financial planning and reporting processes
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion EPM modules, including FCCS and PBCS, and their integration with other Oracle products
- Experience with full life-cycle implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Oracle Fusion EPM certifications are a plus.
