What you will be doing:
Serve as the technical bridge connecting Coupa and SAP Concur to Oracle Fusion ERP using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, cXML, and sFTP feeds.
Map and sync critical enterprise structures - including Chart of Accounts (CoA), Cost Centers, Business Units, Suppliers, and Employee HCM profiles - across all three platforms.
Build automated flows for purchase orders, requisitions, receipts, tax, and AP invoice payloads from Coupa into Oracle Fusion Payables.
Direct approved Concur expense reports into Oracle Fusion AP for reimbursements and the General Ledger (GL) for journal postings.
Configure JSON/XML payload mapping, build robust error-logging mechanisms, and resolve API timeouts or posting failures.
Lead end-to-end integration and UAT testing, validate data integrity before go-live, and deliver complete technical mapping documentation.
What our client is looking for:
Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud ERP, Coupa, or SAP Concur would be beneficial.
Experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials / Technical Consultant.
Ability to connect both Coupa AND SAP Concur directly to Oracle Fusion ERP.
Technical mastery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), API integrations (REST/SOAP), and cXML file processing.
Deep functional understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Travel & Expense (T&E) workflows.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Chart of Accounts (CoA) structure and open interface tables.
