We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Lead/Manager to support, enhance, and integrate Oracle Fusion modules across Finance, Supply Chain, and related areas. This role focuses on technical configurations, integrations, reporting, OCI/OIC development, and production support. The technical lead/manager will collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and managed service providers to deliver stable, scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, BI Publisher bursting, and SFTP.
Develop scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Monitor and troubleshoot ESS jobs, scheduled processes, and integration loads.
Partner with Oracle Support and AMS partners for issue investigation and closure.
Maintain technical documentation, interface maps, design specs, and runbooks.
Ensure adherence to change management, release management, risk management, and audit controls.
Work closely with functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in design reviews, solution workshops, and technical decision-making.
Ensure solutions follow Oracle and industry best practices.
Manage a team of developers, analysts, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Manage project timelines, resources, and risks. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Min 7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, BI Publisher, OTBI and OIC.
Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of Oracle Fusion data models.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that drive business value.
Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
Exposure to at least one functional area: Finance, SCM
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
