The Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Admin is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining application security within Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring compliance with enterprise security policies, segregation of duties (SoD), and least‑privilege access models.This role is critical in supporting ERP, and steady-state governance for Supply Chain, Financials, and Procurement modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain job roles, duty roles, and privileges in Oracle Fusion. Customize delivered roles and build tailored roles using least-privilege principles
Support role redesign activities to eliminate redundant or excessive access
Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifications using Security Console. Ensure timely turnaround based on SLA commitments
Troubleshoot user access issues across SCM, Procurement, Inventory, OM, and Finance
Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) checks and assist in remediation. Maintain audit-ready documentation for access and role assignments.
Generate security reports like User-role assignments, Privilege usage and Access certification review
Support periodic role cleanup and optimization initiatives
Identify opportunities to streamline roles and reduce security complexity. Participate in role redesign initiatives and periodic access reviews
Support automation of access provisioning workflows
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
Strong understanding of Role-based access control (RBAC), Job roles, duty roles, privileges and Security Console / user provisioning
Experience with SoD tools and audit/compliance frameworks
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that drive business value.
Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
Knowledge of Oracle Identity Management / SSO integrations, Security reporting and analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
