Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Support Analyst

The Techno-Functional Support Specialist will be a member of the IT BAU team, specifically focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the availability of these systems and provide support for applications such as cloud Procurement, General ledger, Accounts payable, iExpense, Accounts receivable, and Fixed assets.

As the expert analyst within the IT team, the Support Specialist will collaborate with various teams including tech infrastructure, application services, solutioning, project teams, and business users of the bank. They will actively follow up on reported issues from users and perform impact analysis for projects and enhancements that may affect the Oracle Fusion Cloud application.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for the successful application support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Application implementation, Roll-out and system support from the technical side.
  • Support and manage all OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS & App Composer deployed across HCM and Finance modules.
  • Support and manage all existing Custom solutions/processes built on PaaS.
  • Have well versed in WSDL, REST & soap APIs across all Fusion modules.
  • The Individual will have to work on BI Reports, OTBI reports, Dashboards and write data exactions queries using SQL.
  • Knowledge in Application Tools like FBDI, ADFDI, HDL & HSDL
  • The scope includes both technology and business transformation across the domains of Financial Management
  • The position involves day-to-day collaboration with the core Team members and working closely with each of the functional Business Owners/functional support managers
  • Review Oracle fusion quarterly technical updates, understand, map to the business needs, test/validate cross functional and deployment them upon business confirmation,
  • Should work with Oracle support team for application bugs/enhancements
  • Adhere and support existing ITIL service management processes, such as change management, incident management and problem management.
  • Embrace and adhere to support service level agreements agreed with the end user community
  • Provide subject matter expertise and leading-edge thinking on trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques that will be useful to Oracle Fusion Cloud program activities

Prerequisites:

  • 4+ years of IT experience application support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Application
  • Expertise on OIC integrations and VBCS deployed across Finance and Core HR modules, BI/OTBI Reports, Dashboards
    Webservices & thorough understanding of REST/SOAP/WSDL
    Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customization
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Good knowledge in Unix/Linux, Oracle PL/SQL, DevOps and able to understand and communicate in the technical discussion with vendors
  • Good communication skills to lead and coordinate discussions with all stakeholders.
  • Incident, problem, and service outage management experience
