Oracle Fusion Americas - IT Project Manager

In this role, you will support Oracle Fusion Americas initiatives that strengthen delivery, governance, and operational stability for the business.

You will work closely with global stakeholders, delivery teams, and service partners to keep programs moving with clarity, accountability, and a strong focus on business outcomes.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead Oracle Fusion Americas projects and support activities. This role is suited to someone who can coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage priorities across multiple teams, and help ensure Oracle Fusion initiatives are executed effectively from planning through stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of Oracle Fusion Americas IT projects, enhancements, and support initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across business and technical teams.
• Coordinate with business process owners, solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, and vendor partners.
• Support governance routines, status reporting, and stakeholder communication for ongoing delivery efforts.
• Track production support needs, deployment activities, and incident resolution progress for assigned workstreams.
• Drive backlog prioritization and follow-up on approved enhancement and support requests.
• Support planning across onshore and offshore delivery teams to meet committed timelines.
• Help identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen operational stability.

How You Will Do It

• You will keep delivery plans clear, current, and visible to stakeholders, so priorities and timelines stay aligned.
• You will work closely with distributed teams and service partners, removing blockers early and escalating issues with good judgment.
• You will use disciplined governance, regular check-ins, and concise reporting to keep programs moving predictably.
• You will approach problems with a continuous-improvement mindset, looking for practical ways to improve process, quality, and response time.
• You will balance urgency with accountability, making sure commitments are tracked through completion and handoff is smooth.
• You will communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences, translating complexity into actionable next steps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, program coordination, or delivery leadership.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives, enhancements, implementations, or production support.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Strong skills in project planning, prioritization, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Experience coordinating work in a distributed onshore/offshore delivery model.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendor relationships, and competing priorities effectively.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion PTC, Project Financials, PPM, Project Contracts, Billing, or Revenue Management.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS environments or broader ERP transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Major Incident Management processes and production deployment coordination.
• Exposure to KPI reporting, service operations, or continuous improvement initiatives.
