Job Description

Implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management). Skilled in end-to-end project lifecycles, system integrations, and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency. Strong background in financial business processes and user training. Seeking to leverage technical and functional knowledge to drive successful Oracle Fusion solutions

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Mgmt)
• Configure accounting rules, COA, fiscal calendars, and reporting structures
• Integrate Fusion with ERP/legacy systems and manage data migration
• Automate processes using workflows, approval rules & scheduled processes
• Optimize month-end close, reconciliations & compliance workflows
• Provide post-go-live support, training & troubleshooting
• Advise clients on Fusion best practices & process improvements
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate cross-functional teams

Job Requirements

• Oracle Fusion Financials Configuration
• Knowledge of integrating Financials with Supply Chain or HCM modules
• Agile Methodology

Qualifications:

• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
• 5 + Years of Experience
• Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree in Accounting, Business Administration

• Conducting research, fieldwork, and investigations, and writing up reports.
• Publishing research, attending conferences, delivering presentations, and networking with others in the field.
• Traveling to other universities or academic settings to participate in learning opportunities and gain experience.
• Participating in committee, departmental, and faculty meetings.
• Providing training and mentoring to teaching assistants and junior lecturers.
