As an Oracle Finance Tax & Localization Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will configure, implement, and maintain the Oracle Finance system, managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and implementing Oracle Financials software to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Analyzing client needs to develop tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strategic objectives
• Leading teams in the deployment and maintenance of Oracle Finance systems, confirming seamless integration and utilization
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in delivering client expectations
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to achieve successful outcomes
• Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system interactions and linkages for comprehensive financial management
• Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory authority requirements
• Developing skills outside comfort zones and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
• Utilizing analytical thinking to drive finance process improvements
• Managing financial budgeting and forecasting with precision
• Excelling in financial statement analysis and reporting
