As an Oracle Finance – GL, AP, CM, Expenses Senior Manager you will guide client-facing finance transformation work across general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, and expense processes within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large workstreams, shape practical solutions, and use sound judgment to navigate complexity while coaching teams and communicating clear points of view to clients and stakeholders. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use your Oracle Financials knowledge to configure, implement, and maintain finance solutions that support operational efficiency, strengthen process controls, and align system capabilities with client business needs.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle finance application workstreams across general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, and expenses
• Advising clients on finance process design, configuration choices, and system enhancements that support operational efficiency
• Managing complex implementation and support efforts for Oracle Financials solutions, from planning through deployment and stabilization
• Translating business requirements into functional designs, process flows, and system configurations for finance operations
• Directing teams through issue resolution, testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live support
• Coordinating efforts across finance, technology, and business stakeholders to align deliverables and timelines
• Applying knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, procure-to-pay, and record to report processes to improve financial operations
• Coaching team members, reviewing deliverables, and promoting consistent application of technical and professional standards
• Evaluating process gaps and identifying opportunities to streamline financial workflows and strengthen system performance

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• Demonstrating Oracle Finance delivery across GL, AP, CM, and Expenses
• Applying systems thinking across finance transformation and process improvement
• Crafting client messages that connect finance, technology, and outcomes
• Directing teams through complexity while coaching diverse talent
• Validating outcomes, adapting to feedback, and resolving delivery blockers
