Your responsibilities

• Support functional users on Oracle Fusion (Finance/SCM/HCM) under supervision
• Assist in analyzing business requirements and incidents
• Help document business processes and solutions
• Support testing (UAT) and validation activities
• Participate in issue tracking and resolution follow-up
• Collaborate with technical team for development and issues investigation

Your qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, IT, or related
• Basic understanding of ERP or business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn functional domains

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Finance, HR or Supply Chain processes
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion or ERP systems
