Job Summary

The Senior Product Specialist in Oracle ERP Cloud is responsible for managing and optimizing the Oracle ERP Cloud system to meet business objectives. This role involves implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and configure oracle erp cloud modules based on business requirements.
2. Customize and enhance oracle erp cloud functionalities to align with business processes.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the oracle erp cloud system.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful oracle erp cloud implementations.
5. Conduct training sessions for end users on oracle erp cloud usage and best practices.
6. Stay updated on oracle erp cloud updates, new features, and industry best practices.
7. Assist in developing strategies for optimizing the oracle erp cloud system to improve business performance.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of oracle erp cloud modules such as financials, procurement, supply chain management, and human capital management.
2. Proficiency in oracle erp cloud implementation, configuration, and customization.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot oracle erp cloud issues.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and end users.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
6. Certification in oracle erp cloud is highly preferred.
