Tech Partners is recruiting an experienced Oracle EPM Specialist to support a large enterprise environment and provide ongoing technical and functional expertise for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys serving as a trusted resource for system administrators, troubleshooting complex issues, and helping ensure the stability and effectiveness of critical financial and planning systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide ongoing support for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Oracle EPM administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
• Support system administration, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve system performance and user experience.
• Provide technical guidance and functional expertise across Oracle EPM solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience supporting Oracle EPM environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot both technical and functional application issues.
• Background in application development, systems analysis, or enterprise application support.
• Experience working directly with business users and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud or related Oracle planning and financial management solutions.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, or performance management systems.

Compensation & Engagement Details

• Salary Range: $115,000-$125,000 DOE
• Contract Length: 12 Months
• Extension: Potential 12-month renewal
• Location: 100% Remote
