About This Role

Our Oracle EPM Practice is a rapidly expanding award-winning delivery team. We are looking for a motivated senior practitioner with proven leadership and delivery skills to help grow the team to meet our exciting and diverse range of existing and future Oracle EPM projects.

You’ll be key in the development and growth of the EPM practice, contributing towards the strategy and vision for the team. You’ll also be instrumental in developing the skills of the team and leading by example, on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback.

This role would be highly suited to an established technical Consultant with a background in Oracle EPM products and proven experience of working at a senior level.

You’ll have a thorough understanding of project methodology and a strong background in successful project delivery. It’s expected that you will be required to travel as part of the role, and to deliver to consistently high standards, under the Namos values of Professionalism, Expertise and Trust.

Skills and Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience of working at a senior level designing, developing and building Oracle EPM cloud applications and/or Oracle Hyperion Planning

• Full EPM project lifecycle experience from pre-sales to post implementation support

• A strong understanding of Accounting and Finance concepts across a wide range of sectors

• Essbase Calculation scripting and Groovy scripting

• Data Exchange / FDMEE / Data Management

• Building Reports, Dashboards and Navigation flows

• EPM Automate

• EPM Integration Agent

• Specialist knowledge, ideally certified, in at least 2 EPM product areas

• Commercial acumen; demonstrable experience of delivering projects on time and on budget

• A proven track record of working in a team and demonstrating influence and leadership within a team setting
