As an Oracle EPM FCCS Associate you will support client-focused work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, contributing to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management activities centered on Oracle FCCS and broader finance transformation needs. As an Associate you will focus on learning, adaptability, reliability, and growing your technical skills while supporting senior team members, taking on project tasks, and building confidence in a fast-paced environment with varied client needs. In this role at PwC, you will help with research, data review, issue tracking, and day-to-day delivery activities tied to Oracle Application Evolution Services, while developing your understanding of how Oracle solutions support planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Oracle FCCS configuration tasks across financial consolidation and close processes
• Assisting with account reconciliation, journal review, and data validation activities
• Processing planning, budgeting, and forecasting inputs within Oracle enterprise performance management tools
• Analyzing financial reports, performance metrics, and forecasting outputs to identify trends and variances
• Applying business process analysis to help refine financial planning and reporting workflows
• Maintaining Oracle monitoring activities and flagging data or process issues for review
• Using digital tooling and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition to organize and interpret finance data
• Contributing to account reconciliation, profitability management, and operational performance management tasks

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating coursework or internship exposure to financial planning systems
• Utilizing Oracle EPM Cloud tools in academic or project settings
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, or account reconciliation tasks
• Analyzing financial data and translating findings into recommendations
