• Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle Cloud
• Research and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approaches
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend technical/functional solutions
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Provide technical and functional support of integrations, data mapping, data analysis
• Create detailed technical specification documents
• Coordinate with other colleagues globally, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Follow Hackett methodology – and observe any client specific variations in methodology
• Understand when to ask for help and when to continue working independently
• Ability to estimate enhancements identifying tasks and hours needed
