
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling production support, technical enhancements, coordinating with other integrated systems to sync with EBS, reconciliation activities and critical business processes with minimal supervision
4+ years of Experience as Oracle eBusiness Suite Technical Consultant
Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules (PO/INV/AP/FA/GL/CM) with hands-on experience in the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
Develop and support Oracle EBS technical components including Reports, Interfaces, conversions, extensions, Form personalization’s [RICE Components] , Alerts and Workflows
Develop and support PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, Triggers, Concurrent programs and other database objects
Develop and support XML Publisher /BI Publisher reports, Oracle Reports
Design, develop and support inbound and Outbound interfaces between Oracle EBS and multiple third-party applications
Monitor daily operational interfaces, analyze interface failures, identify root causes and provide timely fixes to ensure business continuity
Perform daily and weekly reconciliation between Oracle EBS and integrated applications ensure data consistently and completeness
Provide technical support during Month-end, Quarter-End and Year-End financial close activities
Work closely with Oracle support by raising and managing Oracle service requests (SRs), analyzing Oracle patches and implementing Oracle-recommended solutions
Coordinate with business users, functional consultants and third-party application teams for issue resolution and technical enhancements
Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for interface processing, automation, file handling and scheduling
Support deployment activities, patch implementation and production releases
Perform code reviews, root cause analysis and performance tuning
Experience working in a highly customized Oracle EBS environment
Experience in version control and code migration across environments
Prepare technical documentation
Experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is an added advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
