Job Description

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Oracle EBS and Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.

• Proven track record of successful EBS and Fusion SCM module implementations.

• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion SCM modules including but not limited to Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing.

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle SCM applications.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and PaaS solutions is a plus.

  Bachelor degree in Comp. Sc, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skill Set Required:

Implementation and Support:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion SCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for EBS and Fusion SCM modules.

• Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules.

Business Process Analysis:

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and recommend solutions

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.

Solution Design and Development:

• Design and develop functional specifications for SCM solutions.

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of customizations and integrations.

Training and Documentation:

• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and support teams.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and business processes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle EBS and Fusion SCM.

• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in SCM processes.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  Strong project management skills.
  Certifications in Oracle EBS and/or Fusion SCM.
  Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  Knowledge of other Oracle modules such as Financials or HCM.
